We use CadShot a lot and incorporate it with our printing process and we are able to make engineered prints and cut them with the machine to make seamless repeats and to make something that is truly unique

Using Cadshot to capture the overall image of a multi-level, hand-cut firewall pattern, QRS staff are able to photograph, adjust and smooth most of its detail within the program software. This process along with the final refinements to make it production ready takes about an hour, as compared to the eight to 12 hours of time it would take to render a new pattern from “scratch” with a CAD program and highly skilled technician.
You get the cardboard patterns, take pictures of it, transfer it into the computer and start cutting. It cuts it the same every single time. There is no margin of error when you have the Autometrix cutting solution and it’s probably 10 times faster to cut it on the machine than it is to cut it by hand.
